Write to this address about:
- a question about how Secret Inbox works, or a problem you cannot solve with How to use;
- feedback or an idea for the site;
- a privacy request about what is described on the Privacy page;
- the Terms.
Please do not put message text, recovery keys or other private information in an e-mail. We cannot open anyone’s inbox, and we cannot tell you who sent a message, because we do not know.
Reporting abuse
For threats, bullying, hate, sexual content, self-harm, impersonation or spam, use the report form. It takes a link address, the message if you want to include it, and a reason, and it needs no e-mail. A report from a message in your inbox arrives pre-filled. What happens next is explained on the form’s page.
If you feel unsafe
Take a screenshot, block the sender and report it to us. If someone threatens you, tell a parent, teacher or someone you trust, and contact the police. In Pakistan you can also call the Digital Rights Foundation’s Cyber Harassment Helpline, 0800-39393 (free).
